We’ve already written about some inconvenient truths related to the West Ada School District (WASD) Plant Facilities Levy, but this one may take the cake. Hidden deep in the district’s “non-promotional” informational materials, is a little nugget that will raise eyebrows — “free” childcare for district employees.
As IFA president Wayne Hoffman wrote earlier this week, WASD wants to raise your property taxes by a half billion dollars in part to provide this additional perk available only to district employees.
